Inspiration
So you know how your facebook profile has a little box on the left hand side that shows a random handful of your friends? This morning when I glanced at it, I happened to see this guy that I met freshman year of college. He was in my residence hall, on the same floor... one of the many people who would invite me to go out drinking but eventually stopped asking (because I always said no HAHA). They were a fun group, and I'm glad they were respectful of my choices. But that's another story.
His profile picture featured him posing in front of the mirror in his underwear. I laughed to myself. Who does this guy think he is? Some hot shot fashion model? Then I read the caption. "For those of you who may know what I've been doing, this is 8 months in." There was a link to a video...
It's funny that I'm posting this because I'm not a guy and I don't have any plans on losing weight. But... WOW. Is that not inspiring? I know that hard work pays off but sometimes I forget just how miraculous the results can be if you really set your mind to it. Cheesy, but true.

It's cool that he got a nice body and all but still, I'd rather not post something like that as my facebook picture hahaha. Nevertheless, quite inspiring indeed.
